  • Job Description

    - Analyze market/customer needs and prepare sales plans to obtain projects/orders.
    - Meet customers to present products/services and receive customer requirements.
    - Prepare quotations and proposal documents for customers according to quotation requirements.
    - Present system/project proposals using appropriate sales techniques.
    - Follow up on quotation approvals, proceed with contract preparation, and consider contract details between the company and customers.
    - Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing
    - Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the industrial or MEP construction sector
    - Conversational English (TOEIC 550)
    - Own a car and hold a valid driving license

    【Preferred】
    - Experience reviewing project status and identifying key issues
    - Connections with consultants, general contractors, and factory owners
