Job Description
- Develop new business opportunities in the Thailand market for automation solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and solution presentation.
- Coordinate with engineering teams in Singapore and Japan.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project – related documentation.
- Manage customer relationships and support project executions activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth in the region.
- Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirement
【Must】
- More than 5 years of new business development experience in FA equipment / industrial automation sales
- Strong knowledge of factory automation systems, robotics, and material handling equipment
- Ability to identify customer production challenges and propose suitable automation solutions
- B2B sales experience with Japanese and international manufacturing companies
- Business-level English communication skills
