• Job Description

  1. Prepare and compile PPAP documentation.
  2. Organize and conduct Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) meetings.
  3. Review drawings received from customers.
  4. Establish various control plans and master schedules.
  5. Conduct production trials and evaluate trial results, summarize trial data, and establish standards such as Condition Standards, Packing Standards, Inspection Standards, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, and FMEA.
  6. Review dimensional inspection results of parts.
  7. Implement corrective actions and improvements for issues or defects found during trials.
  8. Summarize and review design results (Design Review).
  9. Prepare Part Approval documents for customer submission.
  10. Review part drawings and prepare Work Instructions (WI) for measurement processes.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
