  • Job Description

    - Identify and evaluate new suppliers; maintain and update the Approved Vendor List (AVL)
    - Issue and manage Purchase Orders (local & overseas) and ensure timely order fulfillment
    - Coordinate import processes, including HS code verification, import licenses, and required permits
    - Maintain and update product specifications, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Certificates of Analysis (COA)
    - Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with logistics, sales, and overseas suppliers
    - Support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure optimal inventory levels
    - Provide costing data to the sales team and coordinate with Finance for supplier payments
    - Manage goods received processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness
    - Prepare procurement reports including cost-saving analysis, risk management, and KPIs
    - Ensure compliance with PDPA, internal policies, and ISO 14001 standards

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science, or related fields
    (Business, Logistics, or International Business is acceptable with relevant experience in chemical industry)
    - Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain is preferred
    - Knowledge of import/export processes and documentation
    - Familiar with SDS, COA, and chemical compliance standards
    - Strong coordination, negotiation, and analytical skills
    - Good command of English (written and spoken)
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office
