• Job Description

  ・Standardise core infrastructure: networks, connectivity, identity, devices, operating systems
  ・Lead migration toward a common enterprise stack
  ・Define and enforce group standards for hardware procurement, software licensing, network topology, remote access and site connectivity
  ・Ensure reliable IT service delivery across production sites and offices, including remote and low-infrastructure environments
  
  Cybersecurity, Risk and Business Continuity Objective
  ・Establish baseline cybersecurity controls appropriate for the business risk profile including identity and access controls, endpoint protection, network security, email and phishing protection
  ・Implement consistent backup, disaster recovery, and recovery testing across entities
  ・Work closely with the CTO to translate IT risks into business and financial impact and prioritise controls based on risk
  ・Ensure compliance with local regulatory and data protection requirements where applicable
  ・Manage cybersecurity vendors and external advisors as needed
  
  ERP Rationalisation & Legacy Systems Migration
  ・Own the group ERP roadmap, aligned with Finance and Operations
  ・Assess existing ERP platforms across entities and define a target-state architecture, likely converging to one primary ERP (or a small number where justified)
  ・Lead the Change Management of a phased migration approach that minimises business disruption, avoids "big bang" replacements and prioritises financial integrity and operational continuity
  ・Oversee the retirement of legacy custom code
  ・Work with Finance to ensure data accuracy, auditability, and historical integrity during migrations
  ・Manage ERP vendors, system interrogators and internal stakeholders
  
  IT Governance, Standards and Vendor Management
  ・Define Group-wide IT policies, standards and architectural principles
  ・Establish clear decision-making frameworks for new systems adoption, custom development vs configuration and vendor selection
  ・Rationalise vendors and contracts where appropriate
  ・Improve visibility of IT costs and support the CTO in budgeting and forecasting
  ・Ensure appropriate documentation, asset registers, and lifecycle management
  
  Team Leadership & Capability Development
  ・Lead and coordinate local IT leads in each country
  ・Provide structure, coaching, and practical guidance to the IT team
  ・Introduce common operating procedures, shared tools and ways of working
  ・Support team development through adoption of common standards and practices, and hands-on mentoring
  ・Create a culture of reliability, accountability and service orientation
  
  Stakeholder Management & CTO partnership
  ・Operate as a close partner to the CFO on ERP strategy, financial controls, risk management and cost optimisation
  ・Communicate clearly with senior management on trade-offs, risks and sequencing of initiatives
  ・Translate technical complexity into business-relevant language
  ・Ensure IT initiatives are pace appropriately for the organisation's change capacity
