• Job Description

  - Develop new business with overseas agents and international customers by identifying potential markets, trade lanes, and business opportunities to expand international freight forwarding operations.
  - Manage and expand the overseas agent network (Agent Pool), including evaluating agent performance, analyzing shipment data, and identifying new strategic partners to drive business growth.
  - Maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and develop strategies to increase volume and return business.
  - Promote company logistics services, support international sales activities, and generate potential leads from overseas partners.
  - Prepare and manage quotations, coordinating with the Pricing team to ensure competitive rates and aligned commercial strategies.
  - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth shipment operations, while handling inquiries and resolving issues from overseas agents and customers professionally.
  - Prepare weekly and monthly reports on business performance and market opportunities.
  - Participate in international meetings, networking events, and collaborations with overseas branches and global partners.
  - Maintain and update overseas agent and customer data in company systems, ensuring accuracy.
