  • Job Description

    People Strategy & Organizational Development

    - Collaborate with Japanese executives to drive people strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational effectiveness.
    - Lead organizational development programs that foster a strong culture, employee engagement, and a high-performance workplace.
    - Analyze employee insights (e.g., eNPS and internal feedback) and translate them into strategic initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
    - Act as a trusted HR partner to management, supporting Japanese–Thai leadership communication, strengthening organizational alignment, and guiding change efforts across the company.

    HR Operations & Talent Management

    - Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
    - Build and continuously improve HR frameworks, policies, and internal processes to support a well-structured organization.
    - Lead and develop the HR team to ensure efficient HR operations and business support.

    Payroll Operations & Compliance

    - Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculation and payroll system administration.
    - Ensure accurate statutory compliance including Social Security Fund, Student Loan Fund, and personal income tax submissions.
    - Coordinate payroll and compliance processes with finance/accounting to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    - 6–10 years of HR experience, including leadership or managerial responsibilities, with experience working closely with Japanese management.
    - Strong expertise in organizational development, people strategy, and end-to-end HR management, with a solid understanding of Thai labor law and regulatory compliance.
    - Excellent interpersonal and advisory skills, with the ability to understand employee perspectives, demonstrate empathy, and effectively resolve workplace challenges.
    - Strategic mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach, adaptable to a dynamic and growing environment.
    - Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) is preferred.
