• Job Description

  • Contact, coordinate, and follow up on import-export shipments with customers in Malaysia, Vietnam, China, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, and other destinations
  • Coordinate and follow up with agents and customers in Malaysia, Vietnam, China, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, and related parties
  • Coordinate and provide customer and cargo information to the shipping department and related teams
  • Book trucks for import-export shipments with the Operations department, including providing cargo details and delivery locations
  • Submit SI and VGM to the carrier's agent
  • Inform customers and related parties of truck details
  • Inform agents of clearance planning schedules
  • Collect and send complete shipping documents (e.g., receipt and customs documents) to customers after clearance
  • Support projects with the team and customers, including production date checks (WPS), shipment planning, container allocation, stock checks (SAP), issuing invoices and packing lists, coordinating with warehouse/haulage/customers, and verifying supplier invoices
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
