• Job Description

  - Set targets for the Sales department to achieve the company's corporate targets.
  - Review and control Sales and BOI functions to ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
  - Manage and improve Sales and BOI functions.
  - Make decisions on work issues concerning the Sales and BOI sections.
  - Review and control all expenses related to the Sales department to meet company policy and budget.
  - Manage the sales team to maintain customer satisfaction.
  - Analyze historical sales data and sales trends to make sales predictions.
  - Analyze sales data for the president, such as sales, GP, and NPD reports.
  - Work and cooperate with other related departments to improve work efficiency.
  - Develop subordinates to support their career growth.
