• Job Description

  1. Take full responsibility for the overall daily operations of the Thailand branch, formulate and implement localized operational plans aligned with the company’s overall strategy, ensuring stable business growth and achievement of operational targets.
  2. Establish and continuously optimize operational management systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve organizational efficiency, cross-department collaboration, and effective response to operational contingencies.
  3. Oversee consulting business operations, including investment consulting and corporate services (e.g., BOI applications, company registration, and compliance services), ensuring project execution and quality control.
  4. Manage business objectives and performance indicators (KPIs), drive client acquisition, market expansion, and key account management to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.
  5. Coordinate internal teams and external resources, including government agencies, industrial estates, business partners, and professional service providers, to build long-term strategic partnerships.
  6. Represent the company in key client receptions, business negotiations, and government communications to strengthen brand presence in the Thai market.
  7. Supervise administrative, HR, and financial operational processes to ensure compliance, risk control, and effective cost management.
  8. Lead and promote marketing initiatives, branding activities, and business events planning and execution.
  9. Regularly report operational performance, business data, and market analysis to headquarters and propose optimization and development strategies.
  10. Perform other managerial duties assigned by headquarters or senior management.
