Job Description
-Manage daily spare parts shipment queries, invoicing, and shipping arrangements for local and overseas customers.
-Coordinate with Japan, customers, and internal teams regarding orders and shipment schedules.
-Prepare export shipping documents and arrange dispatch via courier, parcel post, or airfreight.
-Issue invoices, debit memos, and credit notes for overseas agents; handle filing, recording, and GST claims.
-Prepare and submit bank documents for L/C and B/P negotiations, including Certificates of Origin.
-Arrange goods return shipments to Japan for repair claims and liaise with forwarders.
-Follow up on outstanding customer payments and supplier/forwarder payment issues.
Qualifications
Requirement

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Shipping, Logistics, Customer Service, or Import-Export
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficient in Thai and Business-level English for speaking, reading, and writingEnglish Level
