  • Job Description

    - Perform in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards
    - Read and interpret technical drawings (JIS standards, tolerances, surface roughness, symbols)
    - Operate measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, dial gauge, height gauge, CMM, etc.)
    - Analyze and reduce defects (NG) using QC tools and PDCA methodology
    - Investigate customer complaints and prepare corrective action reports
    - Improve quality processes and support company-wide quality initiatives
    - Train, supervise, and develop QA/QC team members
    - Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
    - Over 3 years of experience in QA/QC position in manufacturing.
    - Able to read and understand technical drawings and inspect products to ensure they meet specifications
    - Able to perform final quality assurance inspection before shipment

    【Advantage】
    - Knowledge of ISO 9001 system; good interpersonal skills.
    - Basic computer and English skills
