Job Description
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
• Work closely with project managers, system architects, and developers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements or automation opportunities.
• Participate in solution design, system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Act as a liaison between Japanese clients and Thai development teams.
• Support post-implementation activities, such as training and issue resolution.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in banking or financial services systems.
• Experience in system implementation or integration projects is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Communication and documentation skills in English.
• Japanese language proficiency (N3 or above) will be advantage.
• Ability to work with Japanese clients and interpret their business culture and expectations.
