  • Job Description

    Key Responsibility:

    • Monitor and develop production-process capability at supplier side
    • Analysis of existing quality KPIs over the product life cycle and define corrective actions together with supplier
    • Ensure with the team to avoid a negative impact on the production
    • Feasibility studies for components and assemblies in close cooperation with R&D team
    • Coordinate between QA and supplier and execute it on supplier side (test concepts, test plans, test methods and test equipment)
    • Assist category management in the development of the quality strategy

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in supplier development or supplier quality, preferably in casting manufacturing
    • Proficient in MS Office, ERP/MRP (SAP, Dynamics AX) and Team Center
    • Professional in English communication
    • Certified in ISO9001, IATF16949, APQP, GD&T


    Advantage:
    • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and work independently with minimal supervision
    • Advanced skills in communication, leadership, and project management
    • Willingness to travel when required
