    - Responsible for the overall operation of Quality Assuarance for Products
    - Handle customer audits such as audit for system and process
    - Handle if something wrong with the quality come up
    - Handle customer complaints and communicate effectively to team for containment, corrective and preventive actions.
    - Convey the information from Japanese Manager to the staf

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - More than 3 years of experience in QA/QC at a steel manufacturer.
    - Able to handle meetings with suppliers.

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
