Job Description
[Responsibilities]
Infrastructure Management:
- Management and maintenance of server and network systems.
ERP & Database System:
- Control and monitoring of ERP systems, including database management.
File Sharing & Storage:
- Provision and control of user support related to file sharing and storage systems.
Policy & Security:
- Definition and management of IT security policies.
Strategic Planning:
- Support for departmental planning (KPI, ISO) and IT budget planning.
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must]
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field.
- Experience in ERP system administration and knowledge of SQL databases.
- At least 2 years experience in management
- Strong expertise in managing server, network, ERP, and visualization systems.
- Conversation skill in EnglishEnglish Level
