Job Description
- Handle a wide range of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases, including but not limited to contract disputes, labor disputes, real estate disputes, and other related matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court or arbitration documents.
- Represent clients in court hearings, arbitration proceedings, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and partners to develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
- Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation for trials and arbitrations, including witness preparation and evidence analysis.
- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices relevant to litigation and arbitration.
- Participate in business development activities, such as client meetings and networking events, to support the firm’s growth.
Qualifications
Requirement

- Bachelor of Law
- Primary past work experience must be from a law firm, not in-house corporate roles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation and arbitration.
- Extensive hands-on experience in handling civil and commercial litigation/arbitration cases (e.g., contract disputes, labor disputes, real estate disputes). Additional experience in criminal litigation is preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.English Level
