    -Set strategy and direction for Aesthetic products aligned with company goals.
    -Plan budgets, forecast sales, and monitor performance.
    -Lead Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Support teams to achieve targets.
    -Build relationships with KOLs, physicians, clinics, and partners
    -Analyze market and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
    -Work with senior management to expand domestic and regional markets
    -Flexible time for consulting with Team management and member

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Health Sciences, Physical Therapy, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related fields
    - 5–10 years of managerial experience in Aesthetic, Medical Device, or Cosmetic Dermatology businesses.
    - Strong understanding of the aesthetic market, medical devices, products, and consumer behavior.
    - Proven ability in strategic management, market analysis, and sales planning.
    - Proactive, decisive, strong leadership, with excellent communication and presentation skills.


    【Advantage】
    - International market expansion experience is a plus.
