  • Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    -Provide timely troubleshooting guidance and perform on-site diagnostic support for excavators and related equipment.
    -Collect and report recurring technical issues to headquarters for improvement.
    -Allocate service tasks to technical teams and track service progress.
    -Conduct quality inspections on completed work orders and ensure compliance with service standards.
    -Monitor and drive the achievement of service KPIs, including response time and repair completion rates.
    -Coordinate service resources to ensure operational efficiency.
    -Review, submit, and manage claim work orders according to organizational policies.
    -Track and maintain accurate new machine registration records in the service system.
    -Provide detailed feedback on equipment quality and adaptability issues.
    -Support product improvement initiatives and track implementation results.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:

    -Proven experience in excavator or heavy equipment maintenance (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
    -Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
    -Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, instruction diagrams, and schematics.
    -Proficient in using electro-hydraulic measuring tools and diagnostic equipment.
    -Ability to travel and work on-site when required.
