    Business Development (70%)
    Job Duties
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth potential.
    • Develop business plans, proposals, and presentations for senior management.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment.
    • Track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve business outcomes.

    Product Specialist (MedTech) (30%)
    Job Duties
    • Manage the workload of validation blood separator and other device.
    • Act as a product expert and provide guidance to customers and stakeholders on tube welder, blood separator and other products.
    • Collaborate with the engineering teams to assist in product development and improvement initiatives.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and perform quality control procedures to maintain the quality of the product.
    • Develop expertise in our blood bag products, including understanding their specifications, features, and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor Degree in Medical Technologist
    - Holds a valid Medical Technologist License.
    - Possesses a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in blood bank operations.
    - Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Able to plan, supervise, and monitor work effectively.
    - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    - Demonstrates leadership qualities and serves as a positive role model for the team.
    - Possesses coaching and mentoring skills to support team development.
    - For customer-related roles, a strong customer service mindset is required.
    - Capable of driving; holds a valid driver’s license and owns a personal vehicle.
    - Willing to travel and work in upcountry or provincial areas.
    - Able to work flexible hours as required.
