  The Sales Engineer is responsible for expanding AE sales by securing new customers, supporting distributor networks, and contributing to overall market growth. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation, and the ability to support technical and sales-related activities.
  
  Sales Activities
  - Achieve assigned AE sales targets for 2026, 2027, and future goals.
  - Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and technical demonstrations.
  - Manage inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing under guidance.
  
  Distributor Development
  - Identify new potential distributors and strengthen partnerships with existing ones.
  - Provide support to distributors to help boost their sales performance.
  - Join distributor visits to end users to expand business reach.
  
  Customer Relationship Management
  - Develop long-term relationships to maintain sales stability.
  - Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  - Handle after-sales communication and coordinate with service teams when necessary.
  
  Sales Administration
  - Prepare sales reports, opportunity pipelines, and activity summaries.
  - Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
