    - Develop and manage purchasing strategy for machinery
    - Source and evaluate machine suppliers domestically and internationally
    - Negotiate pricing, contracts, warranty terms, and after-sales service
    - Review technical specifications with engineering and production teams
    - Establish an efficient purchasing team, set team goals, formulate purchasing plans, and enhance overall purchasing effectiveness.
    - Continuously optimize the purchasing process, reduce procurement costs, and improve purchasing efficiency.
    - Prepare purchasing reports and updates for management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Degree in General Business, Finance, Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
    - At least 5 years of procurement experience in related fields, including at least 2 years as a purchasing manager or similar position.
    - In-depth understanding of the procurement process and related standards
    - Experience leading a procurement team, with the ability to efficiently manage and motivate team members.
    - Proficient in English for communicate with the regional office.
    - Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
