  Key responsibilities:
  ● Import
  - Communicate with freight forwarder for import shipments
  - Check shipping documents from supplier/maker/vendor
  - Review import entry as provided by the freight forwarder (HS code, duty rate)
  - BOI concern (if any)
  
  ● Export
  - Communicate with freight forwarder for export shipments (depending on Incoterm)
  - Prepare shipping documents for export
  - Review export entry as provided by the freight forwarder
  - BOI concern (if any)
  
  ● Purchasing
  - Issue POs for local suppliers
  - Monitor local POs
  - Plan for stock items (idea PO)
  
  ● Storage
  - Communicate with each warehouse
  - Prepare documentation for incoming shipments to the warehouse
  - Review warehouse reports (end of month)
  - Handle insurance claims
  
  ● Delivery
  - Issue DO to warehouse for customer-requested deliveries
  - Prepare proforma invoices (COD terms)
  - Control lot numbers (FIFO)
  
  ● Other
  - Collect logistics document sets and send to Accounting
  - Prepare reports as requested by the Sales Manager
  - Support ISO processes (supplier evaluation, customer satisfaction survey, customer audit)
  - Support other requests (Accounting, Sales, etc.)
  - Support 100% inventory counts
  - Handle customer support requests/complaints
  - Follow customer forecast / POs
  - Disposal of damaged or NG products
  - Support audits (Accounting, HQ, ISO, ISCC Plus)
