  • Job Description

    [Responsibilities of SCM Change Management Consultant]
    - Support the assessment and formulation of the need and direction for change within supply chain operations
    - Provide explanation, training, and follow-up to employees regarding changes in SCM-related processes and systems (e.g., procurement, production, logistics, sales)
    - Assist in redesigning organizational structures and reviewing role allocations within supply chain functions
    - Plan and implement communication strategies to reduce employee resistance and promote adoption of new supply chain processes and digital tools
    - Facilitate alignment and commitment from top management to drive successful supply chain transformation
    - Measure post-change effectiveness and provide ongoing support for improvements
    - Other tasks assigned by senior manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in any fields
    - Business-level English
    - At least 4 years of experience working at a consulting firm
    - Project management experience and a solid background in consulting
    - Experience in business process consulting, business analysis, or digital-related transformation projects
    - Open and eager to learn and apply IT/digital technologies in business operations

    【Advantage】
    - GPA of 3.0 or higher, or Master’s degree
    - Background in ERP, RPA, cloud, or other digital technologies
    - Experience as a business planner or transformation leader in the Manufacturing, Consumer, or Automotive sectors
    - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    - Excellent presentation skills, creativity, and a proactive mindset
