• Job Description

  1. Financial Strategy & Leadership
  - Develop and execute the company’s long-term financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.
  - Provide strategic recommendations to the CFO, CEO and Board of Directors.
  - Lead financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support business growth.
  
  2. Financial Management & Operations
  - Oversee accounting, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting functions.
  - Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure strong financial health.
  - Optimize capital structure, funding sources, and financial efficiency.
  
  3. Financial Reporting & Compliance (Public Company Requirements)
  - Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and SEC/SET regulations.
  - Manage statutory filings, annual reports, and disclosures as required for a publicly listed company.
  - Oversee internal and external audits and ensure adherence to governance standards.
  
  4. Risk Management & Internal Controls
  - Establish and maintain effective internal control systems.
  - Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  - Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and corporate governance requirements.
  
  5. Investor Relations (IR)
  - Build strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
  - Prepare and present financial performance, forecasts, and corporate strategies in analyst meetings and shareholder meetings.
  - Manage communication with stakeholders to maintain investor confidence.
  
  6. Strategic Business Partnering
  
  - Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Commercial, IT, and Leadership teams to support business initiatives.
  - Evaluate new business opportunities, M&A, partnerships, and investments.
  - Support digital transformation and financial automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  
  7. Team Leadership & Development
  - Lead and mentor the finance, accounting, treasury, and risk management teams.
  - Establish a high-performance culture and ensure continuous professional development.
