  • Job Description

    [Responsibility]
    - To manage the Production and QA/QC department.
    *15 staff in production department,40 staff in QAQC department.
    - To product our products and if there are any problems, solve them with other departments' cooperation.
    - To improve production process and quality control process to support company target with satisfying customer requirements.
    - To Support Quality problems and coordinate in the production department and customer.
    - Sometimes visit clients when they complain about our products
    - Preparing instructions for the machine
    - Task as needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male,Age is 28-40 years old
    - Bachelor of degree
    - Driver's license and own a car
    - Strong experience as Production Manager at least 3 years in rubber products.
    *Resin-related products can also be considered
    *If the candidate is in big company,SV or Assitant manager experience is OK.
    *Subordinates number does not matter.
