  • Job Description

    - Managing all day-to-day activities in the production area and improving manpower and productivity.
    - Maintaining quality systems and standards to follow the company standard.
    - Monitor production to resolve issues.
    - Leading and managing the manufacturing department, including safety and quality in the production line.
    - Drive KPIs to achieve the target.
    - Manage and Control QCDS and TPM.
    - Productivity and Improvement Activity.
    - Targeting and strong ambition to achieve KPI.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, age 40 - 48 years old.
    - Bachelor degree of Engineer or Equivalent Major : IE , ME or Equivalent
    - Over 10 years work experience in Production management job.
    - At least 7 years experience in management level in manufacturing field.
    - Familiar with machines repair, Genba environment.
    - Flexible, openminded, positive attitude.
    - Able to work under pressure.
    - English language required, Japanese preferable
    - Computer, interpersonal, leadership and presentation skill is a must
