  • Job Description

    • Conduct month-end/quarter-end/year-end accounting closing processes
    • Oversee daily activities of the accounting department and ensure that all key projects and month/quarter/year-end reports are completed accurately on time
    • Prepare financial audits and coordinate audit processes
    • Maintain accounting controls by developing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures
    • Guide other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policies and providing observations and recommendations on operational issues
    • Understanding the laws and regulations, applying accounting standards, able to suggest to improve the processes, and keep updating the knowledge once there is any change
    • Achieve organizational and accounting objectives by delivering relevant results as required
    • Manage and supervise subordinates to ensure smooth accounting and financial operations

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in the construction industry related to finance and accounting
    • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a position such as Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager or higher
    • CPD license
    • Special consideration for experience in accounting audits, CPA certification, or previous work with companies preparing for market entry
    • Experience coordinating audit processes
    • Knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and tax laws
    • Understanding of financial accounting principles and management
    • Experience with TFRS, IFRS
    • Ability to control and oversee accounting work for a group of companies, including financial reporting and budgeting
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
    • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
    • Strong strategy and communication skills.
    • Ability to lead teams toward goals and work well under pressure
    • Knowledge of ERP system MANGO
