  * Business/Industry: Manufacturing of Footwear and Sport Apparel, and Export
  
  * Job Purpose:
  - Lead the forecasting demand and supply, capacity planning, plan and meet customer demand, management of raw material purchasing, oversee logistics department and providing excellent customer service.
  - Lead and manage projects to reduce costs of delivering product through process improvement.
  
  * Specific Responsibilities:
  - Responsible for all activities related to raw material and finished goods management – from demand and supply forecasts through delivery to customers at their specified destinations.
  - Lead, motivate and develop team of Thailand based Demand and Supply Planners, Raw material purchasers, Logistics department and Customer Service staff.
  o Optimize the flow of product through the supply chain.
  - Establish and maintain supportive relationships with customers, suppliers and internal partners.
  - Manage production planning: coordinate forecast with leadership team, develop demand and supply plans, monitor actual purchase order against plan, and communicate to all required parties.
  - Clearly present business risks to senior management with potential solutions and financial impact.
  - Define with Manufacturing Operations the global long term capacity requirements plan.
  o Conduct on-going development of inventory strategies to determine cost-effective use of inventory investment while maximizing inventory turns and meeting service level targets.
  - Plan critical spend items like airfreight to optimize customer service while minimizing incremental cost.
  - Manage and work closely with planners to ensure factories provide quality product, on-time delivery, and all KPI’s are monitored.
  o Support customer request to have purchase orders delivered in-full and on time at the lowest possible cost
  o Review and manage planning tools from both process and technology perspectives.
