  • Job Description

    ‐ Perform BOI tasks regarding all necessary processes as required by BOI privilege rule and regulation and processing all documentation concerning BOI requirements.
    - Handling all customs clearance operations for daily import & export and Co-operate with Customs Broker for Customs formalities.
    - Arrange the export shipping documents (invoice, BL, packing list, certificates and related documents) according to the applicable rules, including perform freight booking.
    - Negotiate freight charge and expenses of Import/Export, transportation and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability for air/sea/overland freight operations.
    - Coordinating with BOI Thailand, investment club and other related parties about Tax issues and all kinds of Certification to tax exemption and Customs Clearance procedures.
    - Ensure the integrity information of Customs before informing the relevant parties.
    - Coordinating with related department & providing support with customer requirements.
    - Carrying out any other jobs assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Minimum 3 years experience in customs clearance, BOI privilege, Logistics import-export
    - Good command of English

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in Automotive Manufacturing to be advantage
    - Strong knowledge & experience in obtain BOI application for Promotion until Promotion Certificate and process Project amendment/Changing Project (upon request) Such as change factory location, decrease/increase capacity etc. as well as process to get the BOI approval for cutting stock of BOI master machinery, tooling, etc.
    - Strong knowledge & experience in Customs Regulatory and international trade regulations and other related government department, including Free Zone, BOI, FTA.
    - Experience in dealing Freight Forwarding operations and Customs Clearance procedures.
