• Job Description

  - To check warehouse take in - take out document.
  - To check notice information of inbound shipment and outbound shipment.
  - To control and summary cycle count report.
  - To control performance of sub-contractors in strict compliance with the regulations.
  - To issue Accident report and Incident report.
  - To summarize the data of warehouse handling and storage.
  - To issue statement and debit note.
  - To issue Customs report.
  - To issue monthly inventory report (Kor Sor 6)
  - To update stock information.
  - To issue concerned document inbound and outbound.
  - To issue letter for request permit to transfer cargo between same freezone area.
  - To report to superior immediately, once you notice any kinds of abnormal operation, situation, incident etc.
  - To prepare and issue WI/SOP if any case.
  - To prepare hand over material in case of job transfer of yourself.
  - To request hand over material to your predecessor.
  - To send customer about stock RR 19-part 4 data.
  - Issue cycle count report. (HHET).
