  • Job Description

    - Key function of Employee Relations and related activities.
    - Develop and manage policies the company rules and regulations to be efficient and up to date.
    - Providing information to employees on counseling, benefits and other services and programs available
    - Review and approve employee disciplinary actions at all level.
    - Creating and conducting training for employees.
    - Consult and advise management to ensure compliance with legal and administrative requirements.
    - To be employer representative in negotiating bargaining agreements union.
    - Handle Union relation management and Welfare committee.
    - Other duties assignment as required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male/Female, age 38-42 years old.
    - Bachelor degree or above in related field.
    - At least 10 years work experience as a Employee Relations in automotive parts manufacturing.
    - At least 5 years experience in management level.
    - Handle Union relation management and Welfare committee.
    - Experience working for a large company (1,000 employees up).
    - Good Knowledge of Labor law and Labor protection act.
    - Good management and problem-solving skills
    - Communication in English language.
    - Be familiar with risk management.
