  -Manage air and sea freight operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
  -Oversee the entire shipping process, from cargo booking to final delivery, and implement efficiency improvements.
  -Lead a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  -Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends and best practices.
  -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  -Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws
