  • Job Description

    - Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of business data. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to present key metrics and insights.
    - Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to identify business needs and opportunities. Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.
    - Data Governance: Collaborate with the data governance team to ensure compliance with data standards and policies.
    - Project Management: Manage projects related to the development and implementation of BI tools and systems. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    - Technology Integration: Stay abreast of the latest BI technologies and trends. Recommend and implement new systems and tools to improve data collection and analysis.
    - Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data reports and analysis. Develop quality control processes and standards.
    - Budget Management: Oversee the budget for the BI department, including software purchases and staff training.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree in business administration or data analytics is highly beneficial.
    - Technical Skills: Proficient in BI tools (like Tableau, Power BI, etc.), database management systems, and SQL. Familiarity with data warehousing, data modeling, and data mining techniques.
    - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
    - Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and persuasive manner.
    - Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and guide a team.

    Experience:
    Relevant Experience: Typically requires several years of experience in a BI or data analysis role, with a proven track record of managing BI projects and teams.

    Project Management: Experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
