• Job Description

  1. Responsible for project planning, organization, tracking, coordination, and control work, responsible for the progress, quality, cost, and completion status of the project;
  2. Coordinate team members and relevant departments and personnel to ensure the smooth development and progress of new projects according to the planned schedule. Including but not limited to: participating in product design, organizing product design reviews, mold reviews, confirming and importing BOM, product testing and verification, organizing project kick-off meetings and pre-production mobilization meetings, mold testing, verification and acceptance, sample sorting and preparation, packaging design & optimization, packaging quotation, material ordering and procurement, until the new project is successfully mass-produced, etc;
  3. Timely and effectively communicate with customers and convey their instructions and requirements, ensuring smooth mold and production processes;
  4. Assist production and other relevant departments in resolving product quality, QR and DMR issues, timely and accurately develop modification plans, and ensure timely completion;
  5. Responsible for organizing and categorizing project documents, initiating or receiving various files, and implementing them as required;
  6. Timely report the project progress status to the project engineering manager, project team, and superiors.
