• Job Description

  - Collaborate with business users and the development team to understand project requirements, objectives and to achieve plan.
  - Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business objectives and project specifications.
  - Define testing scope, objectives, and timelines for each project.
  - Execute manual and automated test cases.
  - Perform various types of testing, including functional, SIT, regression, performance, and security testing.
  - Document defects, including detailed steps to reproduce, and track them to resolution.
  - Verify bug fixes and conduct retesting as necessary.
  - Review and analyze system specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  - Verify data integrity within the application.
  - Ensure adherence to software quality standard and best practices.
  - Develop and implement quality assurance procedures.
  - Provide input to improve the software development life cycle.
  - Monitor release processes to minimize risks related to software quality.
  - Collaborate with developers to improve software design, optimize quality as well as user experience.
  - Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
  - Participate in project meetings and provide input to achieve objectives.
  - Lead System Integration Test (SIT) function.
  - Support business departments during User Acceptance Test (UAT).
  - Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging testing methodologies.
  - Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
