  • Job Description

    -Plan sales strategies and drive sales team to achieve a target set (weekly, monthly, and yearly).
    -Handle the clients in the respect of the standards (In the Boutique, on the phone or by mail or during events).
    -Perform daily operations including inventory, opening, and closing procedure and Accounting.
    -Study and analyze trends, clients purchasing behaviors and competitor and able to give a recommendation for improvement or initiate business opportunities.
    -Building a long-term relationship with the clients. ensure the prospection and the follow-up of new clients.
    -Plan and organize CRM activities within the boutiques to maintain a good relationship with clients.
    -Recruit and provide training and talent development to staff and ensure delivering an exceptional client experience and operational excellence.
    -Coordinate with related functions in boutique business such operation, logistic and Accounting.
    -Ensure visual merchandising meets the brand standards.
    -Maintain high standards of Boutique housekeeping in the boutique.
    -Assist maintenance of fixtures, furniture, furnishing within the boutique and inform Boutique Manager about any major maintenance work required.
    -Ensure that boutique is in adherence to workplace safety, fire and health regulations as set out by the Company.
    -Assist in managing team roster and all HR administrative tasks.
    -Other specific duties may be assigned to Assistant Boutique Manager upon needs.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Bachelor's degree
    -At least 5 years of watch experience or retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury is preferred.
    -Have client list or experience to serve - build - engage clients is advantage.
    -Strong organization, communication and follow-up skills are essential.
    -Client centric, proactive and positive in approach.
    -Good team player with high levels of motivation, able to work under pressure.
    -Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
    -Have a genuine passion for luxury and an interest in the retail and fashion industry.
    -Proficient in Thai and English.
