    ธุรกิจฟาร์มกุ้ง Biotechnology
    - An on-site, hands-on senior leader in the company’s grow-out farms
    - A division manager with team leadership skills and coherent data-driven reporting capabilities
    - Execute and achieve the annual production grow-out plan and targets
    - Manage and steer the grow-out teams using the company’s industrial activity and role/tasks management philosophy
    - Daily monitor performance data and water quality parameters to confirm the expected production volumes are on track with the annual plan
    - Trouble shoot farm operation issues on-site and propose potential improvements in the facilities and protocols of the farms
    - Provide quarterly written reports about capacity results and KPI concern
    - Keep strict biosecurity guidelines compliance

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - At least five years of management experience of at least 200 Rai aquaculture operation, preferably in shrimp or prawn
    - Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills in English and Thai (both written and verbal)
    - Proactive thinking, data-driven analytical capabilities
    - Able to work and thrive in stressful operation environments
    - Mobile between production sites and farms
    - Knowledged in Aquaculture การเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ
