• Job Description

  - Provide direction and leadership for plant operations including but not limited to: Manufacturing, Quality Operations, Materials Management, Technical Services, Engineering and EHS.
  - Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day operations to ensure production output, product quality and on-time delivery to customers.
  - Provide strategic direction and leadership to the plant’s operation team.
  - Develop and execute operating plans that lead to the achievement of the company goals.
  - Able to adjust output capacity, flexibility according to the uncertain situation.
  - Manage operations budget to ensure minimal production cost and optimal product quality.
  - Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts.
  - Review the overall production processes and procedure to ensure they operate at highest possible efficiency.
  - Review operations performance and trigger corrective actions and improvement.
  - Manage accurate inventory and ensure proper storage of received raw materials / WIP and finished products.
  - Manage engineering function to ensure the safety, capability and efficiency of facility / utilities and equipment.
  - Develop and maintain an effective organization through effective selection, training, leadership, and management.
  - Develop and support operational excellence across all functions – including continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
  - Ensure ethics and integrity through compliance / risk management.
  - Create, establish, and maintain an environment that encourages teamwork, empowerment, and commitment.
