• Job Description

  1) Research and build relationships with new clients
  2) Engage and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients
  3) Understanding clients’ businesses and identifying their recruitment needs
  4) Understanding the job requirements and sourcing, screening matching suitable candidates to appropriate roles, negotiating offer terms of an agreement and placing candidates successfully
  5) Follow up and give feedback to the Career Advisor team about the status of the candidate’s interview
  6) Plan and work with the team to develop business proposals that speak to the clients’ needs, concerns, and objectives
  7) Meet and exceed assigned individual KPIs and revenue targets
  8) Perform other related tasks as required
  9) Manage applications in the database and match critical requirements.
  10) Engage in CV and proactively source out suitable candidates.
  11) Gathering interview feedback from candidates after the interviews with clients.
  12) Negotiate job offers and compensation practices by emphasizing benefits and perks.
  13) Follow up with Recruiting Advisor team about the status of the candidate’s interviews with clients.
  14) Meet and exceed assigned individual KPIs and revenue targets.
  15) Perform other related duties as required.
