• Job Description

  - Negotiate sales deals with customers and follow up regularly to ensure successful business transactions.
  - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand business with current accounts.
  - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to support sustainable business growth.
  - Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
  - Conduct regular customer visits to build relationships and understand client needs.
  - Manage sales orders, contracts, and export-related documentation.
  - Coordinate logistics arrangements to meet shipping deadlines and liaise with shipping agents and port agents regarding necessary documentation
  - Follow up with customers on payment matters and resolve any shipping or product quality issues to maintain strong customer relationships.
