  • Job Description

    - Plan and manage to increase sales via E-commerce channels and Marketplace platforms of the company such as Lazada, Shopee and other platforms, and control sales to meet targets.
    - Manage the back of the Marketplace system
    - Liaise with Agency team and Key Account Manager of Marketplace side
    - Create promotional campaigns and select the best products
    - Contact and coordinate for the campaign
    - Take care of the promotion
    - Check prices and products before posting
    - Plan, develop, create and buy the company's channel to reach the target group at the right point
    - Summary of weekly, monthly reports and present to supervisors or executives
    - Coordinate with other related departments to make the work efficiently
    - other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - At least 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce Marketplace such as Lazada, Shopee / digital marketing in retail business
    - Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising or related fields
    - Previous experience in cosmetic and beauty business is an advantage
    - Ready to adapt to the changes of various technologies in each online media and can be applied to create work quickly to maintain leadership in the online media of the organization
    - Good understanding of online working In urgent cases, can work online outside of working hours (Flexible)
    - Detailed and good at problem solving and able to prioritize working in multiple tasks at the same time
    - Able to work under pressure, timely and able to manage multiple projects at the same time
    - Familiar with the market platform model
    - The ability to encourage sellers to achieve their sales goals and other KPIs
    - Able to work in a variety of formats (Multi-Tasking) and flexibility in working hours
    - Able to use Excel, Google sheet, Power Point well
