  • Job Description

    -Responsible for all business activities of the enterprise in Thailand, including but not limited to, human resource management/development, business operations and management, strategy development, KPI management (revenue, profit, working capital, budgeting, costing), coordination with HQ and the management
    -As the business representative in a country, regularly work with the partners and agents of the business in that country
    -Implement effective go-to-market and growth strategies and ensure consistent business performance, aligned with the basic directions of the company and the management
    -Make data-driven decisions and be able to manage projects effectively while working on multifaceted projects with many different stakeholders
    -Recruiting and managing all employees, monitoring the performance of employees, advising them on professional skills, and organizing training programs to improve employee productivity
    -Provide complete and timely business results reports on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis to the reporting officers in HQ
    -Monitor and analyze sales performance by submitting monthly sales progress reports to top management
    -Public relations and corporate marketing strategy development and execution
    -Monitor and analyze industry trends, market changes and consumer insights to propose strategies and changes to HQ office and the management

  • Requirement

    -10+ years of industry experience (media, entertainment, marketing, digital, e-commerce, etc.) and 5+ years of organization management experience
    -Experience in international organizations is mandatory
    -Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field, Postgraduate degree in sales, finance or similar is also acceptable
    -A good knowledge base of the country/region
    -Flexibility and willingness to keep learning and the ability to adapt with humility and resilience
    -Excellent people-management skills and interpersonal communication ability
    -Highest level of autonomy and entrepreneur spirit
    -Sensitivity to different cultural norms
