• Job Description

  - Responsible for implementation of new accounting system
  - Responsible for the local finance and accounting staff hiring and create a good working culture and working environment
  - Direct and oversee all the financial activities for the business and its subsidiaries
  - Implement management strategies for Finance and Accounting as well as business planning and annual budgeting to ensure that the operational procedures are effective
  - Prepare and present managerial reports to senior executives regarding to the business expansion
  - Handling tax issues and identify the strategy for tax saving purpose
  - Liaise with external auditor regarding statutory audit
  - Communicate with Management regarding business plan, annual budget, company’s financial and operating performance
  - Ensure high standards of financial reporting and statutory reporting, compliant to local laws and corporate regulations and corporate planning and liaising with external auditor
  - Responsible in coaching and provide guidance to subordinates
