  • Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
  • Marketplace, strategy, management, forecasts and results.
  • Manage short- and long-term objectives, customer metrics and overall performance.
  • Develop reports and reporting formats.
  • Perform competitor analysis and market research on those marketplaces and support the pricing and sales strategy for our products together with product- and category management.
  • Ensure that daily site maintenance is conducted; correcting product descriptions, product placement, new item posting, out of stock item removal and functionality meets and exceeds company expectations.
  • Develop cost center budgets for all channel of marketplace.
  • Coordinate with marketing and Graphic design team to recheck Artwork / pricing before post on Market place channel.
