    -Handling sales assistant in coordination with Suppliers and Customers.
    -Inputting Purchase Order, Follow up Cargo Readiness and Shipment/Delivery
    -Issuing Invoice/Tax Invoice, Recording Sales to SAP system
    -Follow up Payment Collection
    -Keep well coordination between suppliers & customers for smooth transactions.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Female -Age 22-25
    -Bachelor degree in Business Administration, International Business Management or related fields
    -0-2 years of sales support, sales coordinator or Admin is preferable.
    -Fresh Graduates are welcomed
    -Good command of English
    -Good computer skill
    -Good team player and be able to work independently and proactively
    -Hard working and willing to learn
    -Good communication and negotiation skills
