Job Description
- จัดทำและเตรียมเอกสารต่าง ๆ ทางกฎหมาย
- ทำความเห็นทางกฎหมาย
- ร่างสัญญาต่าง ๆ
- ติดต่อหน่วยงานรัฐ และเอกชน
- ดำเนินกระบวนพิจารณาคดีในศาลไม่ว่าจะเป็นคดีแพ่ง, คดีอาญา และคดีแรงงาน คดีแรงงาน คดีซื้อขาย คดีผิดสัญญา คดีครอบครัว คดีมรดก คดีอาญา ตามที่บริษัทมอบหมาย
- ร่างฟ้องคดีต่าง ๆ ตลอดจนจัดทำอุทธรณ์ หรือ ฎีกา
- ดำเนินการร้องทุกข์ หรือกล่าวโทษต่อพนักงานสอบสวน, ประกันตัวชั้นพนักงานสอบสวนและชั้นศาล
- สืบทรัพย์ หรือ บังคับคดี
- ทำนิติกรรมต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับที่ดิน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการซื้อขาย, ให้, จำนอง, จดทะเบียนเพิกถอนนิติกรรม
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Thai Nationality, Male only, Age not over 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Law Major
- Have lawyer license
- At least 10 years working experience in the legal company
- Good command of English is advantage
- Experienced that Both civil and criminal cases
- Able to use Microsoft Office very well
- Have experience in Drafting business contracts between General contract
