Job Description
- Work with a team to develop appropriate solution to the business in terms of business and system analysis to meet project requirements.
- Gather, define, document, and translate business requirements to come up with system requirement for communication with developers.
- Communicate to developers for business requirement explanation.
- Monitor project progress to unsure quality projects are completed on time and according to agreed quality standards.
- Undertake the analysis of system Problems, identify impacts and propose solutions that meet with business needs.
- Bridge the gap between business users and IT Developers.
- Coordinate and communicate with end users and developer on project issue and system improvement.
- Responding in timely manner to service issues and reports
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor degree in computer engineer or related fields
- At least 5 Years experiences in software development, testing and implementation
- Has a knowledge for SQL Server, Power BI, RPA or other automation tools
- Has SAP skill is an advantage
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Strong communication, presentation, organization and planning skill
- Good interpersonal skills to work as a team member and as liaison with customers
- Good communication skill, both in verbal and written in English
- Positive attitude and open mind
- Able to work under pressure and flexible timeEnglish Level
