  • Job Description

    1. Preparing and reviewing all expense reports and ensure accuracy in daily invoices and meet time limit.
    2. Preparing Account Payable Report and managing the payment cycle to ensure timely payment of all invoices.
    3. Organize account payments and working together with other units and ensure that company’s invoices are precisely administered.
    4. Preparing tax declaration and and VAT preparation and filing.
    5. Reconciles monthly statement and related transactions.
    6. Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female , Age 28-35 years old
    - Bachelor degree in Accounting.
    - At least 5 years of experience in AP function and 2 years in leader level.
    - Have experience in manufacturing and knowledge in BOM is advantaged.
    - Computer skills: MS Excel and Google Sheets
    - Good communication in English
