Job Description
1 Set up the injection molding process for new / transferred molds.
2 Optimize the processes to meet the targets for rejections, cycle time.
3 Handle process improvement for ultimate yield & quality less scrap and cycle time.
4 Continues improvement and reduce rejection rate to meet the goals.
5 Provide process instruction for manufacturing including packaging.
6. Judgment parts and decrease the defect.
Qualifications
Requirement
** Must **
Male / Female , Age 28-37 years old.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
More than 7 years experience in process engineer.
At least 3-5 years of experience in plastic injection / Mold.
Good Individual work and have experience in manufacturing.
Good command of English and excel & IT skills
Have knowledge in ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016 and ISO13485:2016.AS 9100
** Advantage **
Computer literate in MS Office, E-mail, Internet.
Priority if have experience about Plastic partEnglish Level
